What's included

What's included in a RevIQ Facebook sales event.

Campaign strategy

A custom plan built around your inventory, your market, and the goals you give us. We pick the angle before we build a single ad.

Dealer-branded landing page

A clean, mobile-friendly page carrying your name and your offer, with a short lead form built for one job: conversions.

Audience setup

We build and target the right buyers in your market, then refine as real data comes in during the week.

10–15 ad creatives

Eye-catching ads built from your inventory photos and your key offer, refreshed mid-campaign as they fatigue.

Facebook & Instagram ads

We build, launch, manage, and optimize the spend across the full seven-day window — feed, stories, and reels placements.

Daily optimization

We track performance and adjust in real time — budget, audience, and creative — every day the campaign is live.

What to expect

Your ad budget sets the ceiling.

Three common budgets over a seven-day window. Our fee is the same at every level — only the media changes.

Projections, not guarantees. Reach, click and lead figures use current automotive Meta benchmarks. Appointment and unit ranges reflect the spread between an average follow-up process and a disciplined one — that part happens inside your store.

Setting expectations

We deliver the leads. Your team delivers the appointments.

We want to be straight about the line between us. RevIQ builds the campaign, runs the media, and captures the lead. From the moment that form is submitted, it's your store's game.

That isn't us dodging the hard part. Follow-up depends on your CRM, your staffing, and your process — and no outside vendor runs it better than the people who work there.

Be ready before we go live

  • Know who owns leads on each shift. BDC, internet manager, or the floor — just make sure it's a name and not a queue.
  • Touch every lead the same day. The faster the first contact, the higher the set rate.
  • Make the first call about a time. The goal is a booked appointment, not a pitch over the phone.
  • Confirm the day before. The cheapest show-rate improvement available to any store.
  • Tell us where leads should land. We route and test them into your CRM before launch.
Questions

What dealers ask us.

What is a Facebook sales event, and what does the $1,499 cover?
A Facebook sales event is a short, concentrated campaign — seven days rather than an always-on drip — that puts your inventory and one strong offer in front of in-market shoppers in your area, then captures them on a page built for one purpose. The $1,499 covers everything except the media: campaign strategy, 10–15 ad creatives, your dealer-branded landing page and lead form, audience build, campaign management, and daily optimization for the full seven days. The ad spend is separate and goes directly to Meta.
How much ad spend should we budget?
Most stores land between $2,500 and $7,500 for a seven-day window. Smaller markets do fine at the lower end. We'll recommend a number based on your market size and how much inventory you're trying to move, and we'll tell you if we think you're overspending.
Do you need access to our ad account?
Yes. We run the campaign inside your Business Manager so the spend, the data, and the audiences stay yours. Nothing is trapped in an agency account you can't see.
Where do the leads go?
Wherever you want them — straight into your CRM, an email inbox, or both. We set the routing up and test it with dummy leads before a single ad goes live.
Do you do the follow-up?
No. Your team calls the leads and sets the appointments. We're honest about that up front because it's the part that decides your result, and it works best coming from people who actually work at the store.
Is this co-op eligible?
In most programs, yes — as long as creative comes from your OEM's approved asset portal and the disclosure language is correct. We build to those rules and can help assemble the documentation, but final approval always sits with your manufacturer.
How soon can we launch?
Roughly two weeks from approval. Week one is offer sign-off, creative production, and the landing page build. Week two is audience setup, CRM routing tests, and a low-spend warm-up so any ad disapprovals surface before they cost you a day.

Ready to run one?

Fifteen minutes on the phone and we'll tell you whether this fits your store. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
